I have a question about hair color...
( Follow the yellow brick road. )
I bought that top and skinny jean. I'm having a hard time deciding what "footwear" will go with that outfit. No high heels or flats. Possibly boots or Vans KVD Slips? Any ideas?

I never had this problem until I bleached my hair last summer (professionally) and ever since that time, every time I dye my hair black...my head hurts when I put the dye on..and my hair falls out(especially the front part of my head)..but after 3 months..it grows back out.and I can tell it grows back in because there is so many little flyaway hairs. what the??????? i really like my hair blue black though...I just use regular hair dye at home.I don't leave it in for too long..cuz its not very pleasant..so my hair goes back to brown within a month
what do I do??
what do I do??
soo i ended up going platinum! everyone loves it, including me. but i'm curious what you guys think! ( upgrade, downgrade, or looks good either way? i hear that one a lot )
I fear that I'm allergic or something to spray-on perfumes. Every time I use them, I begin sneezing, and for the longest time I didn't think that the perfumes were the cause of it. I'm pretty sure it's the alcohol I'm allergic to, or whatever it is that makes it so spritzy, so I've decided to make a switch to solid perfumes. Problem is, I live in a town where there's no place that sells any, and driving to a town that does is not feasible at this point in time. That's where the internet comes in!
What sites do you recommend? I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to what fragrances are good on me, so I'm willing to try just about anything. I also have slightly sensitive skin, if that changes anything. I've read through the tags, and LUSH and Pacifica have been mentioned, but where else can you lovely ladies point me to?

Hello! Me again. I just went to the hairdressers and decided to go for an asymmetric haircut. My short side is almost shaved and my long side is big & messy. I'm very pleased with it. What do you all think?
Before, this morning:

Any recs for good eyeliner that doesn't fade, is very easy for an Extreme NewbieTM whose hands are still clumsy when it comes to the whole eye makeup thing, and can be found at a local drugstore? I'm not exactly on a MAC budget, here. >.>;;
Drugstore eyeshadow type/brand recs would be good too - I have very deep-set eyes, and though I try doing a darker color along my lash line, it seems like my shadows always end up blending together after about an hour until it looks like I just have one color on, and it's very muddy and looks a lot like my undereye circles. :(
(Would shadow primer help with that, or am I just screwed b/c of how my eyes are built? Is shadow primer good for helping concealer stay on?)
Right now I use Maybelline, Cover Girl and L'oreal shadows, and I have a Rimmel soft kohl liner that I'm really not all that jazzed about. Tips for less frustrating and mistake-prone application would be welcome, if you have any.

OKAY LJ THIS ISN'T FUNNY. This is like the third time I've written this post. ;-;
I finally have the money to get my hair cut for the first time in six months, and I want beauty101's opinion on how to get it cut. Here are a few things to keep in mind...
I have naturally blonde, straight-as-a-pin hair. It is naturally ridiculously oily and refuses to have any volume despite my best attempts. It is also prone to split-ends. I will be styling it daily with hot rollers for some curl and volume.
I am ultimately trying to grow my hair out, because I will have to put it up for nursing school in about eight months. I don't have a problem with layers, so long as most of my hair is long enough to put back in a pony tail. I also want something that will still look cute and stylish with my hair up, if that's at all possible.
I have a fairly long face with a high forehead; I'd like to have a haircut that kind of minimizes that.
So, on to the pictures!
